1. Jaquiski Tartt

Tartt is a big name player that Roseman could target to completely solidify the secondary. Tartt signed a two-year extension with the San Francisco 49ers and will enter the final season of his deal in 2020. He is a player that makes a defense better immediately. This was true in San Francisco as well. Tartt missed four games in 2019 with a rib injury and the defense missed him in his absence.

The 2020 season is important for Tartt as he enters a contract year. He will have to prove that he can stay healthy. Over the last three years, Tartt has missed a total of 19 games due to various injuries. This has kept him away from being an All-Pro caliber player for the 49ers.

Regardless, Tartt is a good player that you plug into your defense without considering the current situation. This is what the Eagles need on defense.

Slay was the big splash trade for a cornerback. Tartt could be a big signing for a safety. If Tartt shows that he can stay healthy, he will have many teams after him. If he gets hurt once again, he will still have many suitors but the contract will not be as large as it probably should be.
