Finally, the most obvious team that should be planning their pursuit of Dalvin Cook is the team he currently plays for. Losing Cook would be a massive blow for the Vikings’ offset.

Kirk Cousins and Cook played perfectly alongside each other last season. Cook also would like to get a new deal done with the Vikings. Minnesota needs to make that happen.

Last season, the Vikings looked like a legitimate contender. They are expected to compete once again this year and some favor them to win the NFC North. Cook is a huge reason for their high expectations.

Minnesota needs to do everything they can to keep their star running back in town. Other teams are going to have boatloads of interest. Dalvin Cook remaining with the Vikings seems like the most likely option.
