3. Damarious Randall
Ahead of the offseason, the Browns are preparing for three of their safeties to become unrestricted free agents. Among the three, Damarious Randall is the most notable name of the bunch.
Randall began his career as a cornerback for the Green Bay Packers. When Cleveland signed him in 2018, they converted him to the free safety position.
In his two seasons at free safety, Randall has notched 146 tackles, 15 deflections, and four interceptions for the Browns. However, the cornerback-turned-safety didn’t perform as well this season as he did in 2018.
At 27-years-old and playing a coveted position, Randall could garner a decent contract on the open market. Provided that, the Browns would be better off finding his replacement in free agency or through the draft.
