2. Cam Newton Will Get Traded

Some may not view this as a “bold” prediction due to the rumors that are already swirling around Cam Newton. However, it’s still a bold move for the team to make.

Newton simply is no longer the answer at quarterback for the Panthers. In order to move forward into a new era, Carolina must trade him. There are quite a few teams that could be interested in acquiring Newton, including the Los Angeles Chargers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and possibly even the Indianapolis Colts.

It will be interesting to see where Newton ends up, but it won’t be with the Panthers. The ship has sailed on Newton being the guy that takes the Panthers to championship contention again.
