1. Buccaneers Are Gaining Momentum

It’s easy to say, the Buccaneers were one of the most highly anticipated teams heading into this season. Since their Week 1 loss to the Saints, Tampa Bay has managed to bounce back and build momentum.

The level of offensive execution the Buccaneers displayed was quite impressive. In addition to the 28 points and 353 total yards of offense they posted, Tampa Bay converted on 8-of-16 (50%) on 3rd down conversions, pulled off a successful 4th down conversion, and had no turnovers.

Meanwhile, the Buccaneers’ offense didn’t allow the Broncos’ offense to put together a surprise performance. Tampa Bay contained Denver to just 10 points and 226 total yards of offense while forcing a pair of turnovers along the way.

The NFC South standings feature the Buccaneers at the top while the rest of the field has yet to reach multiple wins. Tampa Bay is showing strong signs on both ends to start. Can they keep it up? We’ll find out in Week 4 when they take on the Chargers.
