Christian McCaffrey Gets Off To An MVP-Caliber Start

While it seems very unlikely that a running back will win the MVP award this season, Christian McCaffrey is the guy who could force his way into the conversation.

McCaffrey finished the 2019 season with 1,387 yards and 15 touchdowns on the ground. He also caught 116 passes for 1,005 yards and four touchdowns. There are very few players in the league who can make plays at the level that McCaffrey does.

In Week 1 against the Raiders, McCaffrey is going to set the tone for the Panthers. He will rack up 130 yards on the ground to go along with two touchdowns. McCaffrey will also pick up 75 yards through the air and another score.

The Raiders will have no answer for McCaffrey and the running back will force his way into the way-too-early MVP conversation.
