Teddy Bridgewater Proves The Panthers Right
One of the big offseason storylines was the Panthers releasing former MVP quarterback Cam Newton to replace him with Bridgewater. While some fans didn’t like the move, Bridgewater will silence the critics in his debut with the franchise.
Bridgewater will dice up the Raiders’ secondary to the tune of 300 yards and three touchdowns. He won’t turn the football over and will give the Panthers a chance to come away with a Week 1 win.
After an impressive showing last season with the New Orleans Saints when Drew Brees went down with an injury, Bridgewater is finally back as a full-time starter. Before his gruesome knee injury when he was with the Minnesota Vikings, he was a budding star. Bridgewater will pick up where he left off.
Carolina is in good hands with Bridgewater as their quarterback. First-year head coach Matt Rhule is a perfect fit for him and he will give the Panthers hope moving forward.
