4. Derek Carr Eclipses 300 Yards For Raiders
Derek Carr has had a good season through four weeks. He has eight touchdowns and has yet to throw an interception. Carr logged his first 300-yard game on Sunday against the Bills. This could be another one for the same exact reason.
Carr and the Raiders were forced to throw the ball because they fell behind big in the second half. Carr completed 72.7% of his passes while throwing for 311 yards and two touchdowns. If the Raiders are going to have a chance to upset their division rival, Carr will need to be on his game.
When the Chiefs inevitably take the lead, the Raiders will have to throw the ball in the second half to come back. This is where Carr will log his yardage.
In 12 career matchups with the Chiefs, Carr has thrown for 300 or more yards just one time. This came in 2017 when he finished with 417 yards and three touchdowns in a 31-30 victory. This game could be No. 2 in his career.
