Marquise Brown, Baltimore Ravens

The expectations for Marquise Brown were high heading into his rookie season with the Baltimore Ravens. They only raised more after he got off to a great start with 147 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the Ravens’ Week 1 win over the Miami Dolphins. He didn’t produce at that level again but showed flashes, nevertheless.

While Brown managed to rack up 46 catches for 584 yards and 7 touchdowns on the season. While most of his top performances came against bad defenses, it’s important to take into consideration, the Ravens had plenty of lopsided wins taking away the need to air it out, too.

The Ravens will be seeking to make passing more of a focal point of its offense in 2020, and Brown will play a pivotal role in that. Also, it’s likely for Lamar Jackson to continue his improvement as an overall player as well and that directly benefits his receivers.
