The Philadelphia Eagles are coming off a season that featured winning the NFC East division title. It was still a relatively underwhelming campaign that featured a 9-7 regular season record.
There wasn’t substantial personnel turnover in the Eagles’ offense as much of the free agency spending was on the defense. However, there is real reason to believe improvement can occur in 2020, starting with the potential breakout campaign of Miles Sanders.
The Eagles did use the 2020 NFL Draft to select former TCU standout Jalen Reagor to bolster the receiving corps. He will be relied upon to play a key role out of the gate in Philadelphia’s offense providing an ability to make big plays and spread the field.
Recently, the Eagles confirmed they will be bringing back Jason Peters and that will help keep the offensive line thriving. As long as the team’s key players can stay healthy, the pieces are in place for an intriguing season with a real chance to repeat as NFC East champions.
