The quarterback position in fantasy football has been important since the beginning. In recent years, the running back position has taken over but there are few who can resist a Patrick Mahomes or Lamar Jackson in early rounds.

With that being said, there are not many like that. Once the top quarterbacks are gone, the value goes into the later rounds.
