3.) Dalvin Cook

Minnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook burst onto the scene last year as one of 2019’s breakout fantasy stars. He rushed for over 1,100 yards and found the end zone a total of 13 times last year.

Expect Cook to pick up right where he left off in 2019. With the departure of star wideout Stefon Diggs, more emphasis will be placed on the running game, especially with Gary Kubiak now calling the plays as the team’s new offensive coordinator. The rushing attack will likely be the focal point of the offense.

Kubiak’s system relies heavily on his zone running scheme, which allows him to utilize play action effectively. Cook will be the workhorse of this offense and will likely see an increase in production because of it.

His receiving numbers have also gotten progressively better each season he’s been in the NFL. Cook should be in for another great season in Minnesota.
