Fantasy Football: Ranking the top 5 PPR running backs for the 2020 season

2.) Saquon Barkley

Saquon Barkley had a pretty pedestrian year in 2019, mostly due to nagging injuries throughout the year. He missed a total of three games, but he was clearly playing through some pain towards the end of the season.

Despite the injuries, Saquon still eclipsed 1,000 yards on the ground and found the end zone a total of eight times. A fully healthy Saquon Barkley is arguably the best all around running back in football. With an entire offseason to get right, Saquon should come into the 2020 season motivated and ready to tear defenses up again.

It’s hard to envision another lack luster year out of Barkley. He’s just 23 years old and has all the physical tools to dominate every Sunday. He’ll once again be the focal point of the Giants attack, so don’t hesitate to snag Barkley if you have a top-5 pick in your upcoming fantasy draft.
