The NFL is littered with talented running backs that are capable of being a threat on the ground and through the air. Besides Christian McCaffrey, there might not be a better dual-threat running back in the NFL than Saquon Barkley of the New York Giants.
Since being selected with the No. 2 pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, Barkley has been nothing short of spectacular for the Giants. From being able to take a screen pass to the house, or breaking off a 70-yard run after a handoff, Barkley is the focal point of New York’s offense.
With Daniel Jones entering his second season as the Giants quarterback, his best bet to succeed is to get the ball to No. 26 as much as possible. Once Barkley gets the ball in his hands, there’s always a chance that he will find the end zone.
