Heading into the 2020 season, the Chicago Bears appear to still hold need at the running back position they need to address. The top option role is set with David Montgomery but more depth is needed at the spots on the depth chart behind him.

The current landscape of the running back position for the Bears is that Tarik Cohen will be the No. 2 option. He is simply not nearly enough of a threat on carries to be in this role, making a signing for a veteran like Lamar Miller a logical option.

Given the Bears could end up struggling to produce in the passing game again with Mitchell Trubisky remaining at quarterback, having a fully stocked running back rotation will be important for Chicago.
