Week 3 – New Orleans Saints (Road)

The New Orleans Saints and Green Bay Packers have not battled over the last decade as much as fans would have hoped for. Not once in Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers careers have they faced off in the playoffs which would be the definition of the phrase “Air Show.”

The times they did play each other in the last decade, the Saints are tied with Packers at a 2-2 series. New Orleans has won the last two meetings and the excitement wasn’t really there with Brett Hundley started in the last meeting for Green Bay

They both are very similar by suffering massive disappointment and coming so close in the last five years and yet cant seem to get back to the super bowl. In 2020 they are both considered to be among the top of the NFC and look to get over the NFC championship hump. Both teams have an older quarterbacks that are trying to put one more stamp on their illustrious careers.

In Week 3, Green Bay and New Orleans face off once again and could be the last time we see Rodgers and Brees face off in their careers. This is the type of game that lets the whole NFC conference know who is the heavier hitter and can also be a huge tie breaker down the road for playoff seeding.

It wouldn’t be any surprise to see this game come down to which QB can lead their team on the final drive, making this a definite must win game.
