Remain healthy
Again, it was apparent that Kamara wasn’t one-hundred percent for the majority of the 2019 season. In his third season in the NFL, Kamara dealt with ankle and knee ailments, making it tough for him to be the dynamic player he’s become for the Saints.
Over the course of his young career, Kamara has missed just three games due to injuries, which is a positive sign. Still, the Tennessee product would still prefer to have that number be minimized to zero in the upcoming season.
If the Saints are going to be contenders again in 2020, they are going to need Kamara to be available and healthy for the entire season. It goes without saying that Kamara would rather be healthy for all 16 games than have to be hindered by lingering injuries again.
