4 major takeaways from the Bengals vs. Colts matchup in Week 6

The Cincinnati Bengals and Indianapolis Colts squared off during the Week 6 slate of the 2020 NFL season.

It appeared as though the Bengals would this game away for good early on. Cincinnati jumped out to a 14-0 lead through the first quarter and built that up to being 21-0 early in the second quarter.

After scoring three touchdowns before halftime, the Colts faced just a 24-21 disadvantage through two quarters. Indianapolis went on to outscore Cincinnati by a 10-3 margin in the second half— helping them to pull off a 31-27 win.

With the win, the Colts improve to 4-2 on the season and will take on the Detroit Lions in Week 7. Meanwhile, the Bengals now hold a 1-4-1 record and are scheduled for an AFC North rivalry showdown with the Cleveland Browns as their next outing.
