Dolphins Will Get Over 100 Total Rushing Yards
Now this may not seem like a big, bold prediction. In fact, for most NFL teams, reaching 100 yards rushing in a game is a fairly common occurrence.
However that wasn’t the case for Miami in 2019. At all. In fact, it happened just three times out of all 16 games. The Dolphins averaged 72.2 rushing yards per game, the worst in the NFL.
But some major additions were made in the offseason as the Dolphins signed Jordan Howard and traded for Matt Breida. Neither are really bonafide No. 1 running backs, but between Howard’s ground-and-pound style and Breida being more a shifty playmaker, the two should be able to get enough yards to hit 100.
Oh, and if they aren’t enough, Ryan Fitzpatrick is always an option, who lead the Dolphins in rushing yards last season.
