Julio Jones Backs Up Big Performance
Julio Jones has been one of the best receivers in football for a decade now. He has struggled with injuries but seems to be back and ready to breakout. In Week 1, Jones finished with nine catches for 157 yards but that is when the injury concerns began.
Jones has missed two games this season. In Week 6, he was able to score his first touchdowns of the season. Against the Vikings, Jones finished with eight catches for 137 yards and two touchdowns. Jones is a matchup problem for many teams but the Lions will take it to another level.
They do not have a strong defense at all and that includes the secondary. If Jones is 100%, and it looks like he is, this should be another big performance.
Even with Todd Gurley in the backfield, Atlanta is a team that likes to throw the ball and will do so at will. When Matt Ryan drops back, he looks for No. 11 a lot on the outside.
