5 NFL head coaches who could be on the hot seat in 2020

During each NFL season, there are head coaches that fail to accomplish enough to keep their job. The upcoming season will certainly be no exception and the unique circumstances of the offseason will make it even more challenging to succeed.

Sometimes it can only take one season for a head coach to get fired as in the case of Freddie Kitchens with the Cleveland Browns. There were high hopes for their team heading into the 2019 campaign but they ended up posting just a 6-10 record.

In other instances, some coaches can underwhelm and take years to get fired like Jason Garrett with the Dallas Cowboys. Slowly but surely, there was enough for the organization to feel the need to move on and bring in a new head coach.

It doesn’t always require an extreme for a personnel change to take place. With that being said, here are five NFL head coaches who could be on the hot seat during the 2020 season.
