1. Philadelphia Earns First-Round Bye

In 2019, the San Francisco 49ers and Green Bay Packers earned first-round byes. They will be in the running once again along with the Seattle Seahawks and New Orleans Saints. Could the Eagles sneak into a top spot? After looking at their schedule, it is not impossible.

The Eagles have four wins in division against Washington and the New York Giants. They could split with Dallas to make it five. Philadelphia has the Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, and Arizona Cardinals on the schedule as well. They also have swing games against the Los Angeles Rams, Pittsburgh Steelers, Seattle, and Green Bay.

Like any team, the Eagles have difficult games. They have to face the Baltimore Ravens, New Orleans Saints, and San Francisco 49ers. Is this the easiest schedule in the league? No. But with the talent that the team has led by Pederson, they have a chance to win some games. If they are able to defeat the likes of San Francisco and Green Bay, they could get a leg up when it comes time for seeding.
