Quarterback
Grade: A+
Jared Goff is having a career-year so far this season. Goff currently has 1,406 yards, 11 touchdowns and just two interceptions.
The quarterback play from the third year QB, is a huge reason the Rams are undefeated at the moment. He has plenty of weapons and a genius in Sean McVay calling the plays, but he still has to go out and execute.
He has done just that and even more, showing why he was the number one pick in 2016. Jeff Fisher legitimately made a ton of people believe he’d end up as a bust. Those people were absolutely fooled, making people realize Fisher was the problem.
Now, under a coach who isn’t inept, Goff is thriving as expected. If he was to stay on the pace he is at, Goff could finish with 5,624 yards, 44 touchdowns and just eight interceptions.
That’d put him in a pretty good spot to win the MVP trophy, while also breaking the single-season passing yards record (Peyton Manning holds the record with 5,477 yards in 2013).
In the NFL, you need great QB play to win championships. The Rams have that in Goff, with him throwing pinpoint passes all over the field. Here’s just a glimpse at the types of plays he’s made so far.
Lmfao this is fantastic. Love Jared Goff. His Cal film was littered with insane throws like this pic.twitter.com/q1jD3P9Cot

This is perfect ball-placement on a throw he made while moving out of the pocket. It doesn’t get any better than that. You also can’t get any better if your Goff, getting an A+ grade from me.
