3. Chris Olave, Ohio State
Olave was Ohio State’s leading receiver in 2019. On a team that featured KJ Hill, Binjimen Victor, and Garrett Wilson, Olave stood out the most. The Buckeye offense is bound to be electric once again with Olave catching passes from Justin Fields.
Olave finished the season with 48 catches for 840 yards and 12 touchdowns. He averaged 17.5 yards per reception. Olave was a Third-Team All Big Ten selection as a sophomore. He has All-American written all over him with a Heisman front runner throwing him the ball. Olave can easily turn into a 1,000 yard receiver before he leaves for the NFL.
There are not many NFL ready wide receivers in college. Olave is one of them. He is an incredible athlete with next level speed. Olave is an elite route runner who knows how to create space using his speed. He is already used to making difficult catches seen made on Sunday’s. There is no doubt that Olave will have a monster season and land in the NFL following his junior year.
Ohio State is coached by Ryan Day, who is one of the top coaches in the nation. Their offense has a chance to repeat the dominance from 2019.
