The AFC West is home to the reigning Super Bowl champions. While the Kansas City Chiefs are looking to defend their title, there is a youth movement in the division. The Denver Broncos, Las Vegas Raiders, and Los Angeles Chargers each have a lot of young talent. Each team has a real shot at the playoffs this year.

In such a tough division, one star player could be the difference between division champ and bottom of the division. However, Kansas City will be just as strong this year as they were last year. Could they add a young corner to help elevate their defense?

Although the Chiefs are the favorite to win the AFC West, it was not long ago the Broncos ran this division. Denver had a very strong end to their season last year. While Drew Lock and the Broncos offenses added a ton of depth at those playmaking positions, they must improve on the offensive line. Could Denver look to trade for a quality veteran offensive lineman?

Another team with issues on the offensive line is the Los Angeles Chargers. While they did trade for veteran Trai Turner and signed tackle Brian Bulaga, there is still work to do up front. Could the Chargers make a move for another plug and play lineman in exchange for a veteran with an expiring contract?

For the Raiders, a new city is the mark of a fresh start for a team trying to recapture their magic. Las Vegas has made some excellent draft selections in recent years. Could the Raiders look to add a defensive star who could help elevate this defense?

All questions will be answered shortly, here is one trade I believe each team in the AFC West should pursue before the season.
