6. Jamison Crowder, New York Jets

Crowder made my list of five fantasy sleeper wide receivers to target for 2020, but he’s a fit here too.

In the 13 games Sam Darnold played in 2019, Crowder had 70 receptions (on 108 targets) for 758 yards and six touchdowns. Projected over 16 games, that would be 86 receptions on 133 targets for almost 933 yards. Account for games Darnold probably wasn’t all the way right as he came back from mono, and those numbers surely would have been better.

With three seasons where he’s had at least 99 targets, volume is the driver for Crowder. As the security blanket for Darnold, with obvious rapport, a 100-catch season can’t be ruled out in 2020.
