1. Allen Robinson, Chicago Bears
To appreciate Robinson, look no further than a sample of the quarterbacks he has had dating back to his time at Penn State.
Between Matt McGloin, Christian Hackenberg, Blake Bortles, Chad Henne, and Mitchell Trubisky, Robinson hasn’t had much to work with making his production all the more impressive.
Robinson helped advance Hackenberg as a very early potential No. 1 overall pick in 2013 at Penn State, then helped make Bortles and Trubisky look like capable NFL quarterbacks for stretches. It’s easy to say new Bears’ quarterback Nick Foles will be the best quarterback he has played with.
If only by his role as the Bears No. 1 wide receiver, and sheer talent /force of will, Robinson will get to very good numbers again in 2020. And he’ll probably do so well below the radar.
