2. Antonio Gandy-Golden Catches 10 Touchdowns
The Washington Football Team drafted an underrated wide receiver whose name you have not heard yet. Antonio Gandy-Golden fell to the fourth round in the 2020 NFL Draft because there were some concerns about his separation ability at the next level. A few things we do know are that he is big, athletic, and could be a red-zone threat.
Gandy-Golden played two years at Liberty. In 2018, he finished with 71 catches for 1,037 yards. He followed that up with 79 catches for 1,396 yards last season. Gandy-Golden finished with 10 touchdowns in each season.
At 6’4, he has a chance to be a nightmare for corners in the red zone. A dominant, reliable red-zone threat is something that Washington needs.
Calvin Ridley finished with 10 touchdowns as a rookie in 2018 for the Atlanta Falcons. There were no rookie receivers who reached double-digits last season. Gandy-Golden could be another breakout receiver for Washington in 2020.
