1. Center
Center A.Q. Shipley is out for the season after tearing his ACL, leaving versatile rookie Mason Cole to step in to a high-pressure role.
Cole will at least be able to lean on the experience of four former first rounders on the offensive Line. However, with Daniel Munyer — who has played in just two games in his NFL career – the only man behind him on the depth chart, an injury to Cole would likely prompt some frantic reshuffling of a shaky looking group.
Arizona has some trouble in a number of different areas on the field. But based off this assessment, some of the key worries fall upon that O-line.
Sam Bradford has been unable to stay healthy for much of his career, meaning he’s in jeopardy of suffering yet another injury behind an unstable crop of O-line blockers. Should he end up giving way to Josh Rosen prematurely, one can see how the rookie quarterback’s maturation might be thwarted by all those up-front question marks.
