Steelers: 5 storylines to watch in the 2020 NFL season

The Pittsburgh Steelers will seek to have a bounce-back season in 2020 after narrowly missing out on a playoff spot. They ended with an 8-8 regular-season record, finishing behind the Buffalo Bills and Tennessee Titans for a Wild Card spot.

There are no shortage of headlines that surround each of the NFL’s teams heading into a new season. Entering last season, the focus on the Steelers was on their ability to succeed without Antonio Brown.

There wasn’t a lot of roster turnover for the Steelers at key positions this offseason aside from the departure of Javon Hargraves and Mark Barron. Pittsburgh managed to retain Bud Dupree while managing to add tight end Eric Ebron and offensive lineman Stefen Wisniewski in free agency.

Not many experts consider the Steelers as being among one of the few true Super Bowl contenders for the 2020 season. With the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens considered as front-runners in the AFC, there’s not much room to consider other teams.

Taking all of that into consideration, here are five storylines about the Pittsburgh Steelers to watch in 2020.
