Can the Eagles Avoid Further Injuries?

For every team that has the ability to win a Super Bowl, avoiding injuries is one of the biggest factors in reaching the biggest stage. Teams that get hit with injuries tend to struggle for survival rather than put up dominating performances throughout the season.

For the Eagles, there are a few areas that cannot be hit with injury if the team wants to repeat as winners of the NFC East.

The offensive line is pretty thin for Philadelphia. A fairly strong starting unit gets really weak when looking at the two-deep depth chart. While the Eagles still could pull off a win if an offensive lineman or two go down due to injury, the success of their season might just depend on staying healthy.

After the weirdest offseason in recent memory, players might try and do too much too soon in the opening week of the season. For Eagles fans, if they see players get taken off in a winnable game in Washington, doubt should start creeping in for how to keep up with the Dallas Cowboys.
